 at 4:24 PM hiee Guys :D I'm back from Batam! Firstly, I want to thank Brenda for helping me to brighten up my blog by helping to post. Thanks pal! Yep, the trip was awesome. Stayed in Harris Resort and Hotel (: The staff there were all very friendly and nice :D Day 1: Batam's time is slower than S'pore by an hour so on the first day, we took the ferry from S'pore at 10 and reached there(Batam) at 10 :) We took the shuttle bus to the resort, it was only a 5 minutes ride from the jetty :) The minute we reached the resort, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by the staffs from the resort. They offered us drinks and cookies, which were absolutely yummy :) We checked in to our hotel room and tehn have our lunch at the cafe downstairs. Then, during the afternoon, we took the shuttle bus to the city. We were given 2hours to shop at the shopping centre. Kai Xin and her mum did not come along with us as xin was sick so they stayed in the hotel room and i guess they probably took an afternoon nap, sounds good to me! :D The shopping mall was huge and there were lots of shopping to do! The things there are cheap and nice :D Day 2: Woke up in the morning and have breakfast as usual, at the cafe downstairs. It's a buffet meal and in my own opinion, i think that the food are quite yummy :) Next, we went for a city tour. We went to lot's of places e.g the temple, shopping centre, polo tee shop etc. As usual, we bought lots of stuff again :) Had seafood for lunch. As for dinner, we ordered packeted food from the shopping mall, it's so cheap that 1 packet of fried rice with an egg only cost $2! Shocked upon hearing this right? Hahas. Dun be! Some of the clothes there are also selling at $2 :D Day 3: Alright, this is the last day of our trip. Again, had buffet meal for breakfast. Then, walked around the resort, took pictures and went for bowling and table tennis at kids club :) We had our lunch next and then it's time to pack our stuff and leave for S'pore. That's all :D I'll stop my words now, Bye! I don't want dancers who want to dance, I want dancers who need to dance~ |
